Phishing Scam Alert

There have been scam attempts by people posing as Team One representatives lately.

We want to once again remind our Members to never give out your personal account information over the phone or via email /website. Team One would never solicit your account information in this fashion. For example, Team One will not call you to verify your credit card information in order to renew your card.

If you receive phone calls or emails of this nature, please do not respond. When in doubt, contact Team One to verify the legitimacy of the call or email.

Please note that no reputable businesses would ever put your personal information and identity at risk like this.

Fraudulent Team One Phone Call Warning

We have had report this morning that someone posing on behalf of Team One (possibly using the name "Ashley") is calling to notify members of fraudulent use on their checking account. They're asking for your account number and your checking account routing number. The imposter could possibly have your full name and address also.

This is a SCAM. It is NOT Team One. Please DO NOT give out any personal information. 

Contact your local authority, phone service carrier, and Team One if you should receive a phone call of this nature.
