Recent Card Data Breach

We have been notified that some Member's Credit and Debit Card Accounts have been compromised by unauthorized individuals who gained access to account numbers through a payment systems company, possibly for the intention of fraudulent activity.

We have been assured that the compromised data did NOT contain cardholder Social Security numbers, unencrypted personal identification numbers (PIN), addresses or telephone numbers.

Members whose cards were affected will be notified by mail and a new card with a different number will be issued. Please note, this does not necessarily mean that fraudulent activity has taken place. Please be sure to monitor the activity on your accounts regularly and report any suspicious activity to Team One Credit Union at 989.754.6575.
