Beware of Fraudulent Phone Calls

There have been reports of fraudulent phone call recordings claiming to be from "your credit union". The recordings ask you to input personal account information. Please Note: Team One will not call you asking to verify personal account information.

Please take the following steps to ensure your safety…
  • Never give your personal account information to anyone if you are unsure of the source.
  • If you receive a suspicious phone call or email claiming to be from Team One or an affiliate, don’t hesitate to call us to confirm the source.
  • Remember, Team One will never contact you asking to verify your personal account information by phone or email.
